Robust Stability of Discrete-Time Systems Under Parametric Perturbations

The problem of stabilizing linear dynamical time-delaysystems subject to bounded uncertainties is investigated. Two memo-ryless feedback controllers are considered. It is established that whenthe matching conditions are met and certain bounding relations aresatisfied, then the linear controller renders the zero-response of the systemasymptotically stable. Saturation-type controllers are shown to guaranteethat all system responses are uniformly ultimately bounded.
